The following is our
billing policy:

Subscription Billing
- subscriptions to services purchased from tecprez.com are billed monthly on
the date they were purchased. In most cases, these services are
automatically debited from credit card or PayPal accounts.

One-time fees -
For certain services, such as Web Administration and Web Design, tecprez.com
charges a one-time setup fee, or in the case of design, a one-time design
fee. These services are billed separately from subscription services
and are only charged once. Unless prior arrangements are made with
tecprez.com, they are not billed in installments.

Non-Payment -
Services will be terminated for nonpayment after a period of ten days.
If services are paid for and reactivated after cancellation, a reinstatement
fee may apply, based on the circumstances of the non-payment.
The following is our
policy for refunds and/or cancellation of services:

Cancellation of
services - To cancel any service(s) purchased from tecprez.com, an
e-mail should be sent to the webmaster (or contact via telephone). If
a subscription to ongoing service is being cancelled, the cancellation will
take effect on the next billing date and no more fees shall be charged for
said services. Said purchased services will continue until that date
as usual. E-mail will be available for retrieval until the
cancellation date, but thereafter will be purged from our servers.

Refunds for services

subscription
services are not refundable, nor prorated. The fee for a
subscription is for one month or any part thereof.

Setup and design
fees are refundable only if said work was not performed (i.e. website
was never put active or design was not completed). In the case of
design fees, said fees are also refundable if work is not done to
customer satisfaction. However, all designs rendered in this
situation become sole property of tecprez.com.

Domain registrations
are non-refundable. Tecprez.com is a reseller of domain
registrations and is not a direct registrar to ICANN.
